About Ash
Strategist • Advisor • Change Maker
With a career that spans entrepreneurship, private and public companies, and high-growth startups, Ash has built, scaled, and sold businesses, raised capital, and guided hundreds of founders and executives through complex transitions. She blends sharp financial acumen with deep attunement to people and culture—a combination that enables her to see patterns quickly, name what others miss, and establish the systems that move a business forward.
Grounded, direct, and deeply human, clients describe Ash as their “secret weapon,” and the person who can restructure a P&L and transform a team dynamic in the same afternoon. Whether she’s partnering with CEOs navigating organizational change or guiding women entrepreneurs toward clarity and sustainable growth, Ash brings an equal-parts intuitive and action-driven approach that unlocks momentum and real-world impact.
I come from a long line of entrepreneurs in the rural south: farmers, store owners, gritty builders, and people who learned by doing.
Post-grad, I moved to San Diego, launched a bookkeeping business, and, before long, had raised capital to buy one of my client’s companies. At 28, I sold that business to a public company and stepped into a new world: Manhattan boardrooms, investor meetings, and the polished edges of corporate life.
I expected to learn “real business” in the corporate world, but behind the glass, people were doing what my dad did: making decisions with limited information, navigating relationships, and trying to keep things moving. The pedestal shattered, and I moved in. Over the next several years, I led teams across five countries and twenty states.
When I left to start my family, I hosted my first retreat. I saw how much they were carrying and how quickly things moved with the right guidance and community. Since then, I’ve worked inside dozens of companies as fractional CEO, guided founders through turnarounds, supported leadership successions, negotiated new partnerships, and helped thousands of entrepreneurs on their path.
Business is a living system and leadership is a relational art. My work is to help you redesign your business with clarity, integrity, and a hell of a lot more ease.
What I Believe
No one is coming to save us. We have to build the world we want our children to inherit.
We create our world by what we practice, not what we post.
Business should create more life; if it’s not generating aliveness, it’s taking it.
Real change needs all of us on the field. Your part matters because no one else can play it.
If you don’t like the outcomes, don’t blame the people. Fix the system.
Patterns tell the truth. Burnout and friction aren’t flaws, they’re signals of what’s ready to shift.
The next era of leadership is attunement — sensing, connecting, and coordinating humans through complexity and chaos.
